Thomas Lambertsen III
Tom “Lambo” Lambertsen is the head of construction. With over 15 years of experience in both commercial and high-end residential sectors, Tom’s diverse background brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of the build.
Michael Gabelman
Mike Gabelman, senior project manager, oversees projects from inception to completion. He coordinates our in-house construction team in conjunction with our subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Sara LaPorte
Sara is our in-house registered architect. She often acts as a liaison between our construction team and a client’s architectural team to ensure that our projects are built to a high standard of quality and meet design goals.
Nikolaos Biziouras
Nick Biziouras is involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures in distressed real estate and the hospitality industry. Despite his passion for demolition work, advancing middle age has pushed him into a more business development and deal origination role.
